These structure files were found by searching the PDB with the search expressions 'Ubiquitin' and 'UEV', and subsequently sorted according to the data in their headers. The search is done daily and any new downloads are saved into the last link, 'Recent Unsorted Downloads'. These files are manually sorted approximately once a month into a suitable sub directory. Some files retrieved don't appear directly relevant to ubiquitination or related pathways and have been placed in oddities.
