In the coming days we will release a new version of the website.
This will include many more structures. We currently have 1649.
We are processing approximately 700 more that are in the SMART database,
this will likely take a couple of weeks. After this time the site
will be kept actual with the UBC domains listed in the SMART database.
Currently there is no code integrated that deals with synonymous Uniprot
and other codes. This means results may sometimes contain synonymous data.
The website will be further improved over the coming months.

Several recent changes have been made to the web site. Integration of a new type of search, and integration of new data. Now we have 1649 models
with electrostatic potentials viewable as isopotentials or on the molecular surface.

Recent changes have been made to the
ExperimentalStructures
section.
These include daily searching of the PDB and inclusion of the release date.
We also now search the PDB using the term 'UEV' aswell as 'Ubiquitin', since the
latter term was not picking up all ubiquitin E2 variants (UEVs).

Updated the entries in the
ExperimentalStructures
link
and have added an entry for the results of a daily search of the
protein databank, 'Recent Unsorted Downloads'.

We will transfer the website from EMBL to EML over the next week. This
will hopefully be unobservable to the user, however should problems arrise
please contact me via the the link on the menu bar at the bottom of the page.

Several additions have been made to the site in the last couple of weeks, the latest
of which is this news page. A notable other addition was 795 E2 models generated
by our fully automated pipeline. We hope to integrate this pipeline into the website
by the end of December.
